After-Sales Service & Support

Equipment is only as good as the support behind it. We hold spares for what we make, service what we supply, and offer preventive maintenance contracts for kitchens that cannot afford unplanned downtime.

How it works

The process

Each stage produces something you can review before the next one begins — which is what keeps surprises off the site.

  1. Log the call

Report by WhatsApp or email with the equipment, the site and a description of the fault. Photographs help considerably.

  2. Triage

Many faults — set points, blocked condensers, tripped isolators — are resolved on the call without a visit.

  3. Site attendance

Where a visit is needed, we attend with the parts most likely to be required based on the reported symptoms.

  4. Repair and report

The repair is carried out and recorded, with a note on anything that should be watched or planned for.

What is included

  • Breakdown response for equipment we supplied
  • Spares for our fabricated range

Why it matters

What you get out of it

Spares that exist

Because we fabricate the units, gaskets, shelves, hinges and trays can be made again to the original drawing years later.

Planned instead of unplanned

A preventive visit during a quiet week costs far less than a compressor failure on a Saturday night.

One number to call

For kitchens we supplied end to end, there is a single point of contact rather than a chain of vendors.

Questions

After-Sales Service & Support — questions

For fabricated stainless-steel items, generally yes. For branded bought-out equipment still under warranty, the manufacturer’s service network is usually the right route.
