About this project
Cleanroom fabrication is ordinary stainless-steel work held to a different standard of joint detail: no bolted fittings, no crevices, every internal corner coved and every weld ground and polished so there is nowhere for residue to sit.
All product-contact surfaces were electro-polished, and each item was released against a dimensional record and material test certificate.
Items were sized to pass through the airlock aperture, which set a hard constraint on module width before design began.
