About this project
The chain had been buying counters locally per outlet, which left every store looking slightly different and made spares a problem. We built a single specification around three module lengths that could be combined to fit any of their shop fronts, then froze it.
Because every counter now shares the same refrigeration unit, gaskets and glass profile, the chain holds one small spares kit centrally instead of six different ones.
Installation was scheduled overnight at each store so no outlet lost a trading day.
